Cancellations & Booking Policy
At AN Head Spa & Wellness, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Our treatments require preparation, set-up, and therapist time, we kindly ask all guests to respect the policies below to help us maintain a fair and consistent experience for everyone.
Deposits & Payments

A $50 deposit is required to secure all bookings.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment if the required notice is given (see below).

Deposits and bookings are made via our online booking platform or by calling 0440 123 534.

Remaining balances are payable after your treatment, using EFTPOS, cash, or valid gift voucher.

Deposits are not transferable to another person’s name unless approved by management in advance.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life can be unpredictable.
If you need to cancel or change your booking, please provide at least 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made with 48+ hours’ notice: your deposit may be applied to a future booking within 3 months.

Cancellations made within 48 hours, or non-attendance (no-show): your deposit will be forfeited.
These measures ensure our therapists’ time is valued and allow us to accommodate other clients on the waiting list.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide your full treatment within the remaining time.
However, sessions may be shortened to avoid delaying the next appointment.
The full treatment fee still applies for late arrivals or no-shows.
Rescheduling by the Spa
In rare cases (such as therapist illness or technical issues), AN Head Spa & Wellness may need to reschedule your appointment.
We will contact you as early as possible to arrange a new time at your convenience.
Health & Safety
To ensure your comfort and safety, please inform us of any:

Medical conditions, including injuries, allergies, recent surgeries, or pregnancy

Scalp or skin conditions, such as open wounds, infections, or irritations
Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information before treatments begin.
Our therapists reserve the right to decline or modify a service if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe on the day of your appointment.
Professional Scope
Our services are not medical treatments and should not be used as a substitute for medical advice or prescribed care.
If you have a chronic or diagnosed condition (e.g., hair loss, chronic pain, or skin disorders), we recommend consulting a qualified healthcare or dermatology professional before booking.
Gift Vouchers

Valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.

Non-refundable and must be presented at the time of redemption.

Cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.

Lost or expired vouchers cannot be replaced.
For Groupon vouchers, fine print conditions apply as stated on the offer page.
If booking online, please enter “Groupon” in the First Name box and include your Groupon security code so we can verify your voucher. Please also bring the voucher with you to your appointment.
Right to Refuse Service
AN Head Spa & Wellness reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who:

Displays inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour toward staff or clients

Is under the influence of drugs or alcohol

Has a medical, skin or scalp condition that makes treatment unsafe
This ensures a safe and professional environment for everyone.
