Bookings

You can book online anytime through our Book Appointment link, by emailing hello@anheadspa.com or by calling us on 0440 123 534. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability. A $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments. The remaining balance is payable after your treatment.

If you have a preferred therapist, you’re welcome to request them during the booking process (subject to availability). We’ll always do our best to accommodate your request.

 

We can accommodate group bookings. Please leave a note or notify your booking receptionist of any special requests 48 hours in advance of your treatment so we can have time to go the extra mile for you. Online payments made through our booking system are secure. We do not have access to your card details and only have the ability to charge your card at the time of your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non refundable. To transfer a deposit, clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in the loss of the deposit or voucher.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to provide your treatment, but sessions may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.
Full charges apply for late arrivals or no-shows.

Health Conditions & Contraindications

Your wellbeing is our priority.
Please inform your therapist before your appointment if you:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Have open cuts, rashes, or contagious skin conditions

  • Have severe scalp conditions, recent surgery, or any medical concerns
    Some treatments may not be suitable; your therapist will advise alternative options where appropriate.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available online or in-store and are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.


They are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of redemption.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with other offers unless stated otherwise.

Results

Our treatments are designed to support relaxation, scalp health, and overall wellbeing.
They may assist with concerns such as dryness, tension, or buildup, but they are not medical procedures or guaranteed solutions for conditions like hair loss, chronic pain, or skin disorders.

Results vary from person to person depending on scalp, hair, skin type, and lifestyle.

 

For any ongoing or severe medical concerns, including persistent scalp irritation, pain, or skin conditions, we recommend consulting a qualified healthcare or dermatology professional before booking.

 

Our therapists are trained in wellness and head spa techniques, not in medical diagnosis or treatment and will always work within their professional scope to ensure your care and safety.

Before and After care

Before Your Treatment

  • Arrive at least 10 minutes early to relax and complete any consultation forms

  • Avoid heavy meals before your session

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing

 
After Your Treatment

  • Stay well hydrated to help your body flush out toxins

  • Avoid caffeine or alcohol for several hours

  • Rest and allow your body to absorb the full benefits of your treatment

Parking

We are conveniently located just outside and opposite Westfield Garden City Shopping Centre, at 2168 Logan Road, Upper Mt Gravatt QLD 4122

Free parking is available on the premises for all clients.

Additional parking is also available across the road in the Westfield Garden City car park, and several bus stations are located nearby for easy public transport access.

Combining Treatments

Yes, you can absolutely combine treatments such as a Head Spa with a Massage or Body Treatment for a complete wellness experience.
Simply mention this when booking, and our team will help you design the perfect combination to suit your needs and available time.
